Precision machining turns high-grade steel into time-saving ATI actuators.

We take failure-proofing seriously.  Our actuators are custom-built and structurally made for severe service.  Structural members are designed with a 400% safety factor - more steel, but this is where ATI reliability is worth every penny.

The details?  Our precision-machined steel cylinder heads provide a true parallel surface for alignment of the cylinder and piston rod bearing.  Externally adjustable travel stops are sized to withstand the full output thrust of the actuator without intruding into the pressurized power cylinder.  Piston rods are made from 100,000 psi high-strength alloy steel, ground to an 8RMS finish and hard-chrome-plated.  Alternatively, stainless steel piston rods deliver even more uptime in severe-service conditions.

Start with ATI pneumatic or hydraulic actuators and count on reliability and repeatability for thousands of operating cycles.
